Friendly rottweiler cheers up an old man at the park who just lost his own dog

When your beloved pet passes away it’s always a traumatic experience, even when they have passed we still think about them all the time.

One man that was grieving about the passing of his dog got a surprising pick me up from another pooch, who seemed to sense he needed some love.

A playful Rottweiler named Nato is a sweet friendly pet that loves to take walks with his owner, Dac McPierson, the pooch also has his own TikTok account where you could see his fun adventures and interactions with people.

His recent interaction with a stranger has gone viral, that was a sweet and surprising moment.

When Nato came across an old man at the park he simply couldn’t take his eyes off him. “As soon as the man sat down, Nato locked eyes with him,” Dan told The Dodo. “Nato responded positively, but I could see the guy was sad.”

Seemed like samet dog sensed the sadness of the old man and was working to cheer him up.

The two locked eyes and were smiling at each other, Dan then asked if the old man would like to pet the dog after he agreed the sweet pooch ran towards the men.

The old man petted the dog and the moment was so sweet they bonded with each other.

Dan saw that the man loved the dog and when he asked if he loved him the man said yes and the pooch was “so cosy.”

Later it was discovered that the petting was a bittersweet moment for the stranger since he lost his own pet recently.

“This guy recently lost his dog,” Dan wrote on TikTok. “It made his day to pet my dog.”

“Suddenly, I remembered we had seen him before with that dog,” Dan told The Dodo, saying that the man told him that his dog was “just like Nato.”

“It gave him such a good feeling being able to pet Nato.”

The sweet video of their interaction went viral and has more than 2 million viewers on TikTok.

Nato usually meets new people but this for sure was one of the best interactions.

“It’s so normal for him to bond quickly with people that I’m used to it, but I still get surprised. Especially when people cry and tell me their stories,” Dan said. “We are blessed with this happening to us often.”

Aww this is the sweetest thing you can see it will cheer you up.
